'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Tale of Woe!

On the eve of our vital clash with Reading, a game whereby we have to get three points or we`re all doomed, here are a few facts to mull over that might give some indication as to why things are so dire!

This season we`ve claimed an unwanted record, it`s now 33 games since we`ve won away from home - a Premier League record!

On our travels we`ve only managed to pick up 15 points out of a possible 99 points.

We`ve lost the lead in 11 matches and in doing so have lost 27 points!

We`ve only taken one paltry point out of the last nine!

We`ve only scored 30 goals all season!

We`ve been stuck in 19th position since we drew at Birmingham back in December 2007!

Even if we win all our five remaining games we`ll only amass 39 points which will equal our lowest ever total in the league!

If we lose tomorrow it will be our 1,000th League defeat since the end of the last World War!

Trying times eh?
