Doomed by Draws?
If anyone needed conclusive proof that our probable demise this season is down to the fact that we have drawn far too often they only need to look at the statistics relating to ourselves and Reading.
The Berkshire club have lost more games than us, nineteen as opposed to seventeen, and they`ve also conceded more than us, sixty-one to fifty-six, yet they still have a far greater chance of playing Premier League football next season.
Obviously, it pays to gamble and go for that elusive win, their statistics would seem to prove that whilst you may lose some, the ones you win should be enough to guarantee safety.
Or am I clutching at straws?
