Hodgson - We`ve Improved!

Hodgson - We`ve Improved!

With a crucial fixture against Newcastle United coming up, a game where we have to at least take a point, or preferably three, there are many a Fulham supporter that are hoping Roy Hodgson can steer us to safety.

Hodgson, who took over the team from Sanchez at a difficult period of the season, has slowly but surely started to turn matters around. The victory over an Everton side that are chasing a possible fourth spot (and Champions League qualification) has given us all reason to hope that we can survive in top flight football this season.

Speaking ahead of the game, Roy, who is on a reported £1 million bonus to keep us up, has remarked on the improvement in our game remarking,

"I took it on knowing it would be difficult."

"So I`m pleased we have turned that around to some extent but if we keep our place in the League it will be a wonderful achievement."

We`ll echo those sentiments Roy!
