'If It's Football, It's Vital'

You`re The Gaffer!!

With only 9 games left to save our Premiership status winning a majority of those games is a must. But what team will achieve this feat?

I am always scribbling down possible team line ups during my Physics lessons. Whilst I was meant to be doing questions 40S today I had a chance to think more about our situation and who we have to fight for us. So I have my ideas but I am interested in what team line up you guys think will get the results we need?

My Starting XI

Keller,

Stalteri, Christanval, Hangeland, Konchesky

Dempsey, Bullard, Andreasen, Davies

Johnson, McBride

Subs
Niemi
Kallio
Murphy
Volz
Litmanen

How is Johnson doing lately? I am very intreseted in his development as a usa football fan.

he's learning how not to win the Fulham way!
merlin
He looked out of his depth against Man utd. He looked alrite against Blackburn. Obviously has pace and his finishing wasn't too bad. Only know about the blackburn game through what gentleman jim said and Motd.

Don't think i would include Christianval in that team it's been too long for him without competitive football and would stick with niemi over Keller and probably Nevland over Johnson, The midfield is pretty solid if only this was the team at the start of the season
howrad
I'd play Niemi over Keller, I'd have Volz at right back, Hughes instead of Christanval because of his injury problems. Midfield is ok, up front McBride and either Nevland/Kamara, Johnson looks out of his depth and we don't have the time for him to get used to the English tempo of a game.
donfulham
I agree with donfulham on the defense - Volz in. I like Keller as the starter. Johnson to the bench in favor of Kamara.
acrossthepond
i'd have Kamara left mid and Mcbride and Healy starting cause they have worked well together
Backslash2010
I though Healy and McBride looked decent in the first few games - if McBride had of stayed fit your season could have taken on a whole new complexion!
