Hodgson on Returning To Ewood!

Today is the first time Roy Hodgson has returned to Ewood Park, as a manager, since being dismissed in November 1998.

However, despite the sacking, Roy doesn`t feel he has anything to a Blackburn public who, some would say, were glad to see him go.

Speaking ahead of the clash, a clash that Fulham need to win, Roy had this to say,

"I do not feel I have anything to prove to Blackburn. I think I was unlucky to be sacked given the injuries we had that season."

"I feel maybe I do not get much credit for turning a team which avoided relegation into a side which got into the UEFA Cup."

"I drove expectations up and thanks to the injury situation I paid for it with my job."

However, our money is certainly on Roy Hodgson doing a jig of delight if we win today - you know he`d just love it don`t you!

Obviously you don't know what you’re talking about QPR. Roy "deserted" Blackburn did he? If I remember correctly they deserted him. Also this is the wrong site for Rovers fans.
