Cookie off the mark with a win!

Ex-Fulham manager, Chris Coleman, started his career as manager of Coventry City with a win.

Cookie, who recently returned to England after a spell with Real Sociedad, was taking charge of his first ever match in the Championship and will be pleased that his charges took all three points with a 2-0 win over Leicester City.

Whereas we had no assistance from the referee, Cookie`s lot appeared to benefit from a penalty that neither manager had any idea why it was given.

We`d like to congratulate Cookie on his first win but we might just refrain from doing so. We`ve got this feeling our paths might just be crossing next season!

and knowing the way the Cookie crumbles (awful pun) your paths will inevitably cross in the first game of the season!

Yes it`s starting to look like we could well be crossing swords next season, pretty sure Cookie will be going flat out to show MAF he made an error in sacking him when we next meet.

that's if Coventry survive in the Championship!
