'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - He`s Not a Real Viking!

It`s not often my boyhood illusions are shattered!

I tend to hang onto my childhood memories; I tend to cherish them and refuse to bow to peer pressure when the merest hint of a suggestion threatens to blow one of them out of the water.

As a lad I used to think all Vikings were super-tough, it`s probably down to Kirk Douglas and his role in a film of the same name.

Now it transpires they`re not all muscle bound, fear no-man icons!

Brede Hangeland, our recent Norwegian signing, has admitted in a recent interview that he still needs to get used to the physical battles in the Premier League.

What next, someone will be telling me 'Santa` doesn`t exist or that the 'Bash Street School` do not exist either!

You'd think that playing he could at least slay 50 men but alas he can not handle the premier league

From what I've seen of this bloke he looks the mustard. Carew for Villa and that Agbonda... (err how the hell do you spell his name??) couldn't get past him, looks good, strong, good positioning and tall! Like Zat Knight but with more strength and a basic understanding of defending!

love the headline - almost Python-esque!

he looks to be tall but he's too skinny! Kirk Douglas was always so muscular!
