Hughes Back in the Fold!

If, like me, you were puzzled with regards to the absence of Aaron Hughes in our defence last Saturday, we`ve now found out the reason why!

At the time I thought it was strange when his name didn`t even appear on the team sheet of the list of substitutes, I had these visions of Aaron having picked up an injury or even having a falling out with the management team.

It turns out I needn`t have been so worried. There was no injury, there was no spat, it transpires that Aaron simply missed the trip to Middlesbrough courtesy of a bout of gastroenteritis.

Reports are reaching us that Aaron has now fully recovered and is able to resume training with the first team squad ahead of our clash with West Ham next weekend.
